同步技術在聲音領域所扮演的角色與其應用潛力

Abstract:

Many applications of small and wide-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS WAXS or SWAXS) have provided solutions for structures of bio- and polymeric molecules across a wide length scale from a few angstroms to several hundreds of nanometers. The SWAXS when integrated with molecular dynamic simulation can enable the reconstruction of all atom models of biomolecules in solution, including their hydration structures. Using this methodology can enhance the level of detection beyond other analytical technology used in biomedical fields. For instance, it can monitor the serum protein binding of drug molecules and altered circulating proteins in a disease state. It can also determine the drug-loading and-release from polymeric or liposomal delivery systems. In conclusion, SWAXS provides an effective strategy for characterization and dynamic monitoring of complex structures including polymeric and biomaterials.
